General Terms and Conditions
1. Products
We sell high-quality double-walled stainless steel flasks. All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, sizes, or features shown on the screen will perfectly match the actual product. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2. Ordering Process
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following steps:
• Select the products and add them to your shopping cart.
• Enter all necessary information, including your shipping address and payment details.
• Review your order and confirm it.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is received.
Orders are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any order.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before the goods are dispatched. We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• PayPal
• iDEAL (for Dutch customers)
If payment is not completed or is declined, your order will not be processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the destination.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on the destination and local postal services.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays. In case of delays, we will notify you via email. If an item is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, the cost of redelivery will be charged.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 10 business days.

6. Warranty and Liability
We offer a 1 year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
7. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected from you is processed in accordance with GDPR guidelines. We only collect the necessary data to process your order and will not share it with third parties, except as required for fulfilling your order (e.g., shipping providers).

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that arise in relation to these terms and conditions will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through a notice on our website.
11. Personalized Products
All engraved or customized products are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please ensure all spelling, font choices, and design selections are correct before placing your order. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for mistakes entered by the customer.
12. Discount Code Policy
Only one discount code can be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts. We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time.
