Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

• Netherlands: 3–5 business days

• Belgium and Other EU Countries: up to 10 business days

• United Kingdom and other destinations: delivery times vary; typically 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or local delivery schedules.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on your delivery destination and order weight. Any applicable import duties or taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (if available).

5. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, redelivery costs will apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at sherrileah@lizzardflasks.nl within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
