Refund Policy

At Lizzard Flasks, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and obtaining refunds.

1. Returns

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards

Any item that has been personalized or customized

Items marked as final sale

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sherrileah@lizzardflasks.nl with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

2. Bulk Orders

For bulk purchases of 20 or more items:

Bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Any issues with bulk orders must be reported within 7 days of receiving the products, and we will arrange a replacement or repair for any defective items.

Bulk order returns will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee..

If approved, refunds on bulk orders will only be issued after the items are returned and inspected, and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the products are defective.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

Check your bank account or payment method again, as processing times may vary between payment providers.

Contact your credit card company or bank; refunds may take time to be officially posted.

5. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was faulty or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Original Shipping Fees: If you return an item, the original shipping fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at sherrileah@lizzardflasks.nl with details and proof of the defect.

7. Exceptions

In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing sherrileah@lizzardflasks.nl. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

9. Personalized Products

All engraved or customized products are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please ensure all spelling, font choices, and design selections are correct before placing your order. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for mistakes entered by the customer.
