ABOUT US

Lizzard was founded in 1991 in South Africa by Cuan Cronje. Starting with Wetsuits, over the last 30 years, Lizzard has branched out into making streetwear, skatewear, cycling kits, snow gear and a ladies range called Lizzy.
In 2017 Lizzard introduced their flask range. They launched a double-walled, stainless steel bottle in only 3 sizes and a handful of colours, that were both stylish and reusable. Since then, the flask range has grown to truly include something for everyone. From multiple sizes, colours and designs, and even to accessories - these make the flasks even more unique and personal.
Now we are in the Netherlands, starting with a limited range of sizes and colours. Our hope is to have a loyal customer following as big as it is in South Africa and to grow the brand in Europe.

OUR MISSION

Our commitment is to protect and preserve the environment for future generations by minimizing single-use plastic waste choices today. Through responsible practices, we aim to reduce our impact and encourage others to join us in creating a cleaner, more sustainable world. We are also committed to reducing plastic packaging. Most of our flasks, and soon all, will be packaged using FSC-certified materials, ensuring they are both recyclable and sustainably sourced. The FSC label guarantees that the packaging meets high environmental and social standards set by the council.

The Business Social Compliance Initiative is a leading supply chain management system. Lizzard and our suppliers comply to this code of conduct from the BSCI to ensure we source our products and services in an ethical, environmentally sustainable and socially conscious way.
